Surround yourself with people who run at your same pace towards your same goal, yet stay near those who are faster and better because that gives you something to aim for. Sleep and sunsets are God's way of giving us temporary finishes. Illness is God's way of reminding us what is really important. Children remind us to slow down and enjoy the journey. Hunger helps us to stop and refuel. I suppose nature and seasons are there to help us- if we take moments to enjoy them!

Thanks Aimee!

Tiff- of course I was singing while I wrote!jeniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01353955201144145831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3574832774101813976.post-90690400981797339562012-09-21T19:58:26.753-07:002012-09-21T19:58:26.753-07:00I like the idea of not having failed if I haven...I like the idea of not having failed if I haven't yet finished. I giggled thinking about it in that paragraph! :-)Tiffanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10551816930053518469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3574832774101813976.post-63342100782648738452012-09-18T19:22:39.798-07:002012-09-18T19:22:39.798-07:00Just what I needed to hear. I think I will print this out and read it every day. Thank you so much for being willing to write these things!

Catherine from WyomingCatherine Andrewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18382279051456917846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3574832774101813976.post-70116919752589402642012-09-17T19:37:24.085-07:002012-09-17T19:37:24.085-07:00Very thoughtful post Jenifer.
