Best Compression Socks...

I think it's funny that wearing tight socks actually helps to push blood from your legs to your heart.

A lot of people wear compression socks. They're good for long trips, for diabetics, for older people, to help prevent blood clots or varicose veins, and for people who work on their feet all day.

My all-time favorites are Sockwell brand from Amazon.  They feel cottony and stay tight without bunching up at my ankles.  Plus, they're fun.

 Silly socks.

Make today a good day!!

  4. Hi Jen! You don't know me, I am one of those people who like to read other people's blogs. My sis-in-law Ann Checketts referred me to your blog several years ago when we were having some discipline issues with our little boys. She told me to read your "Time out bench" post and I've been hooked ever since!! I love and admire your faith and testimony, courage and zeal for life! Keep it up Jen! I was thinking of trying the compression socks (for restless leg) and wondered how you know what size to get or do you think it matters? Thanks--Jessica

  5. Hi Jessica! There is a sizing chart on Amazon. I wear small, maybe small/medium. I have found smaller is better than too big. When they are too big they bunch up at my ankles and rub blisters. Hope they help! My aunt found some for $8 on eBay. And, I learned about the time-out bench from the Eyres. I still use it daily!!
