This is a picture of the professor's cousin, Lisa, and her husband, Sam Lacara, and his 3 daughters.
His oldest daughter just went to college this year.
Sam was the principal of an Elementary School in California.
He fired a janitor on Wednesday, and the janitor came back to the school and killed him.
I'm a bit shocked.
This man is dead, because of a work dispute.
It's so sad.
You can leave your condolences here, for the family.
They are good people and they will survive... it's just hard to think that they have to endure this trial.
I suppose there really are evil, unstable people in the world.

Todd & Jen, I am so, so sorry. This is so horrible. My prayers are with your family and theirs.
That is just terrible.
I had a student in my class a few years ago that I could see coming back and taking out his anger on all of his old teachers.
