she had our WHOLE family over for dinner a few Sundays ago and made yummy chicken.

i've been trying to copy her recipe, but it never comes out right.

so, last night she came over to help me prepare.

doesn't it look yummy?

she blends tomatoes, green pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, cilantro if you have any, ketchup, mustard, lime juice... all in a blender and pours it on...

so good.
