this is us on saturday morning
we're grinding wheat and making bread...
i added flax seeds.
i had been avoiding it... do you know that i had everything rising by 8am?
it really didn't take a long time, even with the grinding part...
it turned out good, but was a little flat.
(kids LOVE to help make bread!)
do you have a great wheat bread recipe?

I have heard that if you let the wheat rest overnight after you grind it, you get better results when you bake it.
I have a great cracked wheat bread recipe. I will send it to you when I get home from San Francisco.
